Job Description
Q.S.A SURGICAL PVT Ltd is looking for an HR Training and Development Officer for immediate hiring. This position is open to local candidates only.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting training analysis and maintaining the training calendar.
- Organizing training sessions for relevant departments.
- Maintaining a database of training and development activities.
- Supporting the Manager of Human Resources with various administrative tasks.
- Contacting new candidates for job interviews regarding open positions.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Education: BBA or HRM
Experience: 1-2 years (fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply)
