Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled HRBP to join our team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, providing strategic HR support to the organization, and driving HR initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies and initiatives accordingly.
- Implementing and managing effective HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
- Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
- Identifying and addressing employee engagement and retention challenges.
If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience as an HRBP, we encourage you to apply. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
