Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch finance professionals during the evening shift.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified finance professionals through various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Job Posting and Networking:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
- Build a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach.
- Interview and Assessment:
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ financial expertise and cultural fit.
- Administer assessments and coordinate additional evaluations as necessary.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner closely with finance hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and efficient experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on finance roles.
- Familiarity with finance and accounting terminology and qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evening-shift environment.
