Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch finance professionals during the evening shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Source, identify, and recruit qualified finance professionals through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.

1. Job Posting and Networking:

• Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
• Build a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach.

1. Interview and Assessment:

• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ financial expertise and cultural fit.
• Administer assessments and coordinate additional evaluations as necessary.

1. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Partner closely with finance hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.

1. Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive and efficient experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on finance roles.
• Familiarity with finance and accounting terminology and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
