Job Description

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training & development programs for all levels of employees.
  • Organize and deliver practical training programs and solutions that lead to improvement of people skills and business performance.
  • Evaluate, record training information, and compile training reports after each training session.
  • Conduct a skill gap analysis to develop a specific training action plan.
  • Align the current Performance Evaluation program by creating clarity via SMART goals and applying a growth mindset using specific learning and development plans per position and department.
  • Be a data-driven strategist who then drives valid insights and converts these insights into recommendations the business can use to make decisions.
  • Collaborate with the department staff in creating and maintaining the annual department calendar of activities such as special events, recurring program events and similar projects within required areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, learning and development and employment law.
  • Manage budgets for regular and special programs and expenses under position oversight.
  • Issue email and notifications related to weather emergencies, any political uncertainty, or anything relevant and important as per the situation and circumstances.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities like birthday celebrations, farewell, workplace gestures, etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Background: Pure Learning and Development (L&D) background
  • Qualifications: MBA/Masters from a well reputed institute, along with any relevant L&D course/certification
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the capacity of L&D
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Salary: Market Competitive
