Job Description
This ideal candidate will have to perform end-to-end business partnering for the plant by maintaining a strong relationship with line management, addressing functional needs through Recruitment, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, Training & Development, Benefits Administration, and resolving people-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with employees for progress reviews, assessments, and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate work activities for managers and HR staff.
- Promote a positive work environment where employees can voice concerns.
- Educate employees on company policies.
- Lead recruitment for the plant.
- Implement Employee Onboarding Programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and organize training sessions.
- Monitor employee progress and company culture.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM or relevant field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR.
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
