Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end business partnering at the plant. This includes maintaining strong relationships with line management, coordinating Recruitment, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, Training & Development, Benefits Administration, and resolving people-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and issue resolution.
- Coordinate work activities and tasks for HR staff.
- Promote a positive work environment and educate employees on company policies.
- Lead recruitment and implement Employee Onboarding Programs.
- Conduct surveys, formulate training calendars, and monitor employee progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM or relevant field.
- 3 – 6 years of experience.
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
