Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in HRM/HRD, and Corporate Training & Development.
- Analyze business competition and market demands to refine our business strategy.
- Remain abreast with innovative technological solutions in our Company’s core service areas.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients within the HRM/HRD and Corporate Training & Development sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through the promotion and sale of our HRM/HRD and Corporate Training related products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and digital marketing content to prospective clients.
- Market and Product Knowledge: Carry thorough understanding of academic institutes of higher education and various verticals of corporate and industrial sectors.
- Ability to quickly develop a firm understanding of Company’s various products and services and find market opportunities for their merchandizing.
- Ability to properly understand clients’ business needs; and propose customized service solutions in a “clear, concise, and coherent” manner.
- Stay updated with the industry’s best practices and emerging trends in HRM/HRD and Corporate Training & Development.
