WE ARE HIRING

Position: HSE Officer – High rise projects

Company: Haris & Co. Engineers & Contractors

Qualification: DAE / BE Civil & HSE Certifications

Experience: 3 years of experience in the Construction industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
• Creating analytical reports of safety data.
• Inspecting production equipment and processes to ensure they are safe.
• Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment.
• Focusing on prevention by maintaining equipment and providing employee training.
• Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or training sessions.
• Determining whether the finished product is safe for customers.
• Creating safety plans with suggested improvements.
• Sharing information and observations with project leadership to maintain safety standards.
• Meeting company health and safety goals.
• Investigating causes of accidents and unsafe conditions on the job site.
• Liaising with law enforcement and investigators during serious accidents.
• Identifying ways to prevent future accidents.
• Reviewing and reporting on staff’s compliance with health and safety rules.
• Ensure proper application of safety rules by laborers & staff throughout the project.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by senior management.
