Job Description
The Hub Governance Engagement Lead is responsible for overseeing and implementing effective engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position involves collaborating with internal teams, community members, and external partners to drive positive change and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing engagement strategies to enhance collaboration and participation
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and non-profit organizations
- Coordinating and facilitating community engagement events, workshops, and meetings
- Collecting and analyzing feedback and data to inform decision-making processes
- Managing communication channels to ensure effective and timely dissemination of information
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in governance processes and recommending suitable solutions
To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of community engagement principles. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and prior experience in stakeholder management are preferred.
