Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to enhance our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain detailed employee records.
- Contribute to payroll preparation.
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Exhibit a positive and collaborative team attitude.
