Job Description
Scope:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner at our furniture manufacturing client based in Mahmood Booti, Lahore. The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, talent acquisition, labor and employment law, and performance management.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in TA, OD, or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor and employment law, and performance management
- Experience in employee relations and human resources management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in using Excel & Dashboards
- Experience in SAP/HRIS Systems will be a plus
