Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects related to human resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Handling employee relations and resolving any conflict or issue that may arise.
- Managing performance appraisals and implementing effective performance management strategies.
- Identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employee skills.
