Job Description
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions
- Maintaining organization staff by establishing recruiting programs and counseling managers
- Ensuring planning and appraisal of employee work results by training managers and resolving grievances
- Maintaining employee benefits programs by studying needs, recommending programs, and conducting educational programs
- Maintaining management guidelines by preparing human resource policies
- Maintaining historical HR records by designing a filing system
- Completing operational requirements by scheduling and following up
- Maintaining HR staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees
- Counseling and disciplining employees to maintain staff job results
