Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Identify needs and preferred qualifications for recruitment
- Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process
- Conduct new employee induction and orientations
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about policies, benefits, etc., to employees
- Ensure HRMS is utilized by staff and provide guidance
- Prepare and circulate HR reports
Required skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Creative with attention to detail
- Good organization, coordination, and time management skills
- Dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management
- Fluent in MS Office
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates may apply
