Job Description
Education: 16+ years degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR. Relevant certification is a plus.
Experience: At least 4+ years in the field of HR.
Required Skills:
- Assist Chief HRAP Officer for HR services of PMD including recruitment, selection, OD etc.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts & offer letters.
- Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other HR issues.
- Handle onboarding, training and development initiatives for new and existing employees.
- Manage HRMS function related to all employees’ attendance, leave & rosters etc.
- Update & maintain HR documents, such as employee handbook, HR Manual etc.
- Promote HR programs that create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Manages and carries out internal PMD celebrations in coordination with administrative staff.
