Job Description
Ovex Technologies Pakistan seeks a driven and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our vibrant team in Islamabad. This permanent position offers an attractive compensation package and the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and manage the recruitment process.
- Talent Acquisition: Build candidate pipelines through effective sourcing strategies.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to recommend qualified candidates.
- Metrics & Performance: Achieve recruitment targets and stay updated on industry trends.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive HR support including recordkeeping and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR experience in BPO, call center, or software industries.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume roles efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field preferred.
Location: Onsite in Islamabad.
