Job Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Officer at Backhaul Dispatchers. The HR admin. officer will handle HR tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include talent sourcing, policy making, compliance, and more.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- Knowledge of performance management and employee relations
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
