Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records in the HR database.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Participate in organizing and facilitating employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Learn to process and track employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave requests.
- Contribute to organizing training and development initiatives.
- Gain exposure to ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees under guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for Human Resources with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
