Role Description

This on-site role is from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM for a Human Resources Assistant Intern at Bokhari Commercial, DHA Phase 6 Karachi. Responsibilities include HR Administration, HR Management, HRIS, Benefits Administration, and Training. Fresh graduates interested in HR Management are encouraged to apply for a potential full-time position after the probation period.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates with HR knowledge
  • Familiarity with HRIS
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience in managing employee records or payroll is a plus.
