Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at JCDFL in Islamabad. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, human resources information systems (HRIS), and training tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Benefits Administration and Training skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
