Job Description
In the HR assistant role at Kodex Technologies, you will work under the guidance of the HR manager or senior HR officer. Responsibilities include updating the internal HR database, monitoring attendance, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring timely HR support to meet department objectives.
HR Officer Responsibilities:
- Updating company databases with employee information
- Screening resumes to identify suitable candidates
- Coordinating interviews and posting job advertisements
- Gathering market salary information and assisting in event planning
- Preparing offer and rejection letters, and coordinating new hire orientations
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in a junior HR role or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office and full-cycle recruiting
