Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at MGC located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting with HR management, human resources information systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and training programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Skills in Training and Development programs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience required
