Role Description:
This is a 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant in Bukhari Commercial DHA Karachi. Responsibilities include HR Administration, HR Management, HRIS, Benefits Administration, Training, and record-keeping. Fresh & experienced candidates interested in an HR career can apply.
Qualifications:
- Fresh & Experienced candidates with HR knowledge
- Familiarity with HRIS
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- Basic computer skills with MS Office proficiency
- Experience with employee records and payroll is a plus
