Job Description
Position Overview: One of our esteemed clients, SafeIsNest Consulting (SINC), a renowned Consulting firm, is currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to join their dynamic team. The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department in everyday administrative tasks. This includes the handling of sensitive and confidential information with integrity. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Assist our recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular, Excel and Word).
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- A BS degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
