Location: Johar Town Lahore
Timings : 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Lahore. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, HRIS administration, benefits administration, and training coordination. The role will involve supporting the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes
- Experience in training coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
