Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Tierline Inc in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management tasks, HRIS management, benefits administration, and training coordination on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) management
- Benefits Administration and Training skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
