Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate at Al-Ibrahim Eye Hospital, located in Malir District. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR records management. The Human Resources Associate will also be expected to maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR support functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR records management
- A working knowledge of Pakistani Labor Law and employment regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu or other local languages
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidential records
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
