We are seeking an HR Associate to manage HR operations, including the full employee lifecycle, employee engagement, and recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Facilitate employee engagement activities
- Ensure HR compliance and apply company policies
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support
- Contribute to HR process improvement
Qualifications:
