Job Description

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate in Lahore District. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations and management tasks, including but not limited to: recruitment, talent management, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Experience in Human Resources (HR)
- Training & Development skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with HR management systems and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Working Hours: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Location: Westwood Colony, near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
