Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment processes and general HR functions. As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in supporting various HR initiatives, with a primary focus on recruitment.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilize various channels and platforms to attract and identify potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle routine HR-related queries and provide timely responses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1+ years in Technical Recruiting & HR processes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
