Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management, including HR policies and compliance, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, training and development, recruitment, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices remain compliant.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are being followed and identify areas for improvement.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues effectively.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.

Performance Management:

  • Partner with managers to establish performance goals and objectives for their teams.
  • Assist with the performance appraisal process, guiding performance feedback and development plans.
  • Address performance issues proactively and coach managers on effective performance management techniques.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Process payroll, benefits enrollment, and other HR transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics and trends.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address skill gaps and promote professional growth.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Qualifications:

  • 0 to 1 year of experience
  • MBA (HRM) or Bachelor’s degree in BA/Finance/CE/CS or other engineering field.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • People-oriented, results-driven, and solution-focused.
  • Open and friendly personality with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Collaborative with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Creative and demonstrates flair, with the motivation to be persistent and resilient under pressure.
