Job Description

Abacus Consulting is currently seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will play a vital role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top talent for both technical and non-technical positions. We are looking for someone with a result-driven mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including headhunting, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and conducting reference checks to evaluate applicants’ suitability.
  • Presenting top candidates to the hiring manager for further consideration.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all applicants and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
  • A strong understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
