Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team for the night shift. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, addressing employee relations, and enhancing overall workforce effectiveness.
Shift: Night (08 pm – 05 am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Address employee relations and enhance overall workforce effectiveness.
- Manage and resolve employee issues and proactively address workplace concerns.
- Collaborate with hiring managers for staffing needs, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and highlight high and low performers to the PMS team.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Profound understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
