Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in business by providing strategic HR expertise and solutions. This individual will partner closely with business to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide HR advice on organizational design, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster continuous learning.
- Manage employee relations, conduct performance reviews, and support organizational change.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports for informed decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
