Job Description
Responsibilities
HR Business Strategic Partnership: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational imperatives, Values and Behaviors, and Code of Conduct. Provide expert HR advisory services to the plant site, integrating best practices in line with Corporate HR Strategy.
Talent Management: Implement talent management mechanisms and training plans to foster continuous learning and growth. Oversee performance appraisals and career progression plans to drive performance excellence.
Cultural Excellence: Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging. Enhance organizational effectiveness through engagement survey insights.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all HR operations and collaborate with HR Service Delivery for seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with HR Digitization modules and policies.
Leveraging Data & insightful Analytics: Conduct analyses on HR issues for decision-making. Submit reports to support organizational objectives.
Requirements: Masters Degree in Business Administration with 10-12 years of HR experience, preferably in a large-scale manufacturing environment. International HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are desirable.
