Job Description
The HR Business Partner for GetzLife, a division of Getz Pharma, will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, and providing operational support on HR matters including Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Support: Align HR strategies with business goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Provide timely support for field and Head Office Teams.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate on staffing needs and recruitment.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and grievances.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance appraisal process.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for employee growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Support compensation administration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years HR experience, with 4 years in Business Partner role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
