Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information, as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze industry trends, workforce metrics, and market insights to drive proactive HR initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Implement engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
Qualifications:
- MBA/BBA (Human Resources)
- 5-8 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
