Job Description
Become a key player as an HR Business Partner at OLX Pakistan! Take charge in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering talent development, and enhancing employee engagement activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with South Region leadership to design effective HR strategies.
- Enhance work relationships, morale, and productivity.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Resolve employee grievances and handle HR Legal matters.
- Identify training needs and ensure HR policy compliance.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
3-5 years HR experience in the tech/services sector. Bachelors/Masters degree in HR required.
Skills:
- Interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
- Project prioritization & timely delivery
- Strong analytical & arithmetical skills
- MS Office proficiency for HR tasks
- Proactive & organized with a go-getter attitude
