Role Description:
Full-time, on-site HR Business Partner role in Hyderabad District. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing performance management to create a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Relations
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in Performance Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
