Job Description
About the job
The ideal candidate should have experience in areas related to the human resources field. Should be comfortable recruiting, onboarding employees, and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management to provide HR-related solutions and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, Screening, and running end-to-end Recruiting/hiring process for the Laraib plant.
- Onboard new employees and manage documentation.
- Plan and execute engagement activities for the plant employees.
- Facilitate the CoE team in executing all the initiatives at the plant site.
- Manage HR operations related to the plant employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- 4 – 6 years of experience in HR
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Requirements
- The incumbent is required to stay at the plant site for 5 working days and will travel back to the hometown for the weekends, transportation for which will be provided by the company from Lahore or other nearby locations to the Narowal Plant. (2.5 hours drive from Lahore to Narowal Plant)
- Accommodation and living facilities at the plant site will be provided by the company.
