Job Description
Trango Tek Pvt Ltd is an innovative glove brand under the Nizam Alam Group of companies, which is a leading hand-protection company. Trango Tek is challenging conventions to create work gloves for the future. The Group has factories located in multiple locations of Sialkot and Lahore, Pakistan.
Role Description:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate on training programs.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts.
- Advise on performance evaluation and coach for improvement.
- Analyze metrics to drive performance enhancement strategies.
- Ensure HR policy adherence and mitigate risks.
- Support change initiatives and foster an inclusive culture.
- Manage payroll operations for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate on payroll strategy alignment and process improvement.
- Analyze payroll data for insights and process enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
