Job Description
We are looking for a qualified HR Executive with previous experience in the BPO industry to oversee all HR operations. The ideal candidate should excel in recruitment management, employee relations, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with laws. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations: monthly salary, leaves, incentives, and benefits.
- Assist in daily follow-ups.
- Handle employee claims.
- Review daily attendance.
- Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams in COL and USA.
About the position:
Special conditions: work on the USA calendar, night shift.
Salary: 80,00-100,00 PK Rupees.
Industry: BPO.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience required: Minimum 3 years, with a proven track record.
