Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at MITSOL located in Karāchi. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the HR team and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in benefits administration and HR policies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
