Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in benefits administration and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
