Job Description
Rex Technologies is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR & Culture Executive. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere while shaping our company culture. Your responsibilities will include planning team-building events and implementing effective employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to promote a positive work environment.
- Organize team-building and wellness activities.
- Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Create internal communications and oversee the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
