The Centre of Excellence in Advanced Studies (CAS) is a private further and higher education provider based in Islamabad, Pakistan. CAS is affiliated with The University of Gujrat and registered with the Higher Education Department to offer BS Degree courses in various disciplines. CAS is the first and only institute in Pakistan offering work placements in the 2nd semester in parallel with studies to enable students to gain industry knowledge and become employed/entrepreneurs by the time they complete their education. CAS provides students with international UK courses and opportunities to encourage an entrepreneurial mindset that will serve employers well and increase opportunities for all.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Development Officer at The Centre of Excellence in Advanced Studies in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Human Resources Development Officer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing HR management initiatives and systems. This role will require designing and implementing training and development programs and partnerships that match organizational needs. The Human Resources Development Officer will also be responsible for ensuring that all HR policies align with the organization’s values, vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement in HR management initiatives and systems
- Experience in HR Development, HR Management, and Human Resources
- Ability to manage multiple projects and people effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and implement training and development programs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
- Certified Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
