Job Description
The position available is at Hunza Serena Hotel and requires strategic leadership in HR planning, development, and implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a culture of excellence and teamwork among Associates.
- Plan and evaluate HR initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
- Review HRIS and suggest process improvements.
- Enhance HR policies for successful execution.
- Ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness in shared services.
- Manage disciplinary actions fairly and transparently.
- Oversee HR operations and support talent acquisition and development.
- Maintain headcount budget to support hotel operations.
- Create development plans for Associates.
- Monitor legal, health, safety, and security standards.
- Promote a positive work environment based on trust and teamwork.
