Job Description:

• The candidate must have experience in 360-degree recruitment, specializing in bulk hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Manage sourcing and recruitment throughout the company, with a strong presence on various hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozze.pk, Indeed.com, and other ATS systems.
• Must have a proven track record of hiring at different levels within a corporate setting.
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
• Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting.
• Experience in sourcing through various channels and finding new sourcing options while developing creative ways to source and hire suitable candidates.
• Successful track record of achieving targets, including deadlines and recruiting goals.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.

Job Specification:

• BBA/MBA/MS in Business Studies with a major in HR.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a well-reputed BPO company.
• Hands-on practice in a 360-degree, end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Experienced in bulk hiring with the ability to conduct daily interviews.
• Experience in technical and non-technical positions.
