Job Description
We are now looking for an HR coordinator/assistant, fresh or experienced, male or female, to support our Operations Team with day-to-day recruitment procedures, staff development, and payroll. Help us foster a happy, healthy, and productive team for a better working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day HR tasks and ensuring accurate HR records.
- Assisting in recruitment processes and creating training materials.
- Handling monthly payroll, job offers, and performance reviews.
- Monitoring annual leave, attendance records, and new staff induction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduation degree holder.
- 3+ years of junior HR experience with sound knowledge of HR practices.
- Up-to-date with employment law and legislation.
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HR software/systems or tech-savvy to learn quickly.
