Job Description
Our organization, Cognizance Solutions Pvt Ltd., is seeking a Male/Female HR Associate to join our team. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks in the human resources department and actively participating in the recruitment process, including processing applications and facilitating new employee onboarding.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
– Minimum 6 months to 1 year of previous HR experience
– Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
– Professional and friendly demeanor
Official Timing: 5 Days a Week, 09:00PM-06:00AM (may consider 03:00PM-12:00AM for female candidates)
Pick & drop facilities available for females. Immediate joiners preferred.
HR Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
– Handle recruitment and selection process
– Ensure timely filling of positions
– Make job offers and manage documentation
– Issue employment contracts and assist with onboarding
– Address employee queries and handle HR-related matters
